Welcome to the My Online Training Portal (hereinafter referred to as “the Portal”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Portal’s services, features, and functionalities. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Portal.

By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use the Portal.

The British Basketball League and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Portal.

Your use of the Portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Portal, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
